We value your satisfaction with our courses, digital downloads, and consultations. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund within 2 business days of the purchase date.

Refund Eligibility:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 2 business days of the purchase date.
• For digital downloads, refunds are only available if the materials have not been accessed or downloaded.
• For consultations, refunds are not available for sessions that have already been completed or are within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Reason for the refund request

Processing Time:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Important Notes:

Refunds are not available for purchases made beyond the 2-business-day window.

No partial refunds will be issued for partially completed courses or consultations.
