We value your satisfaction with our courses, digital downloads, and consultations. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund within 2 business days of the purchase date.
Refund Eligibility:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 2 business days of the purchase date.
- For digital downloads, refunds are only available if the materials have not been accessed or downloaded.
- For consultations, refunds are not available for sessions that have already been completed or are within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
How to Request a Refund:

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Reason for the refund request
Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Important Notes:
Refunds are not available for purchases made beyond the 2-business-day window.
No partial refunds will be issued for partially completed courses or consultations.
